Estom supplies the famous pepperoni that graces the iconic PizzExpress American and American Hot pizzas. The late Peter Boizot, founder of PizzaExpress, said 'Hungarian Gyula complimented the pizza best, and so that was the sole item that made it onto the original PizzaExpress menu."
